Every personalized gift is made after you order. The production time for each item is shown on its product page.

Delivery

We ship to the United States and 14 more countries, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking link when it leaves our production partner.

Shipping is free to the United States and 13 of those countries. For Brazil, a small shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country and paid by the recipient.
