Thank you for shopping with EAZYDY! Every gift in our shop is made to order, many of them with a name or photo just for you. Here is what happens after you check out and how long it usually takes.

Made to order

Production starts once your order is placed. Our production partners embroider, engrave or print your gift, check it against your order, and pack it. This usually takes 2–5 business days. When we know the production time of a product, it is shown on its product page.

Where we ship from

Our production partners and their warehouse are in Asia. Making and shipping from there keeps our prices fair, and every order ships with tracking.

Delivery times

After your order ships, delivery usually takes:

United States: 7–15 business days
Other countries we ship to: 9–18 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping costs

United States: free shipping on every order.
Other countries: shipping is free to most countries we ship to. Where a shipping fee applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door. You can also find help on our Track your order page.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are set by your country and paid by the recipient.

Why a package might take longer

Customs checks, weather, carrier disruptions or the holiday rush can sometimes slow a package down. If your order seems late, email us and we will look into it with the carrier. Thank you for your patience.
